general terms
i have the right to refuse a commission if it is not within my ability to do/i find it uncomfortable
commissions are for personal/non-commerical use only. please credit me (@fryingpanu) if you ever post my work on any social media
for commercial use, you will need to pay an extra 100% of the final price of your commission
do NOT use my art for ai or nft projects. i will blacklist you
do not trace, edit, resell, or make a profit off of the commission
i will usually post the commissioned work on my socials with an appropriate watermark. please inform me beforehand if you don’t want your commission posted
payment
I accept USD and php though paypal, kofi, or gcash
i usually do full payment after sketch, but i also offer 50/50 payment plans (after sketch and after final delivery) for preferences :)
process and delivery
i go by waitlist priority. to check where you are in the queue, visit my commission queue
please be patient with me! depending on schedule and worldly factors, i take around 3 days to 1 week to complete the commission
i will first send a sketch of the commission before recieving any payment. after the payment is confirmed, i will send progress shots from time to time
the finished artwork will be delivered via email in .png image format. however, i can also deliver the artwork via toyhou.se!
refunds
if for whatever reason i cannot finish your commission, i will arrange a refund depending on how far i have completed the artwork.
no other refunds will be issued once payment has been recieved. please think twice before commissioning!
